Step by Step is proud to host the 42nd Annual Groundhog Gallop. This 5K run/walk will be held on Saturday, February 2, 2019.
Eating a balanced diet rich in vitamins and minerals (lots of fruits & veggies) gives you more energy to do everyday tasks and exercise (which will burn more calories!).
